UpNext is partnering with Lincoln Properties to create a midweek Holiday Market at The Edge in Wakefield, bringing shopping into the forefront of this bustling, amenity-rich location! Set up shop for one day alongside other emerging brands to find a captive audience of professionals and offer local products during peak season.

Each selected brand will receive 8’ tables, linens and chairs provided.

About the Holiday Market:
The Winter Market will be held in a large conference room. A hot chocolate bar and seasonal decor will also be featured focal points of the market. Share your local mix with a new audience during peak gifting season. Be part of the holiday experience welcoming these professionals to shop small for their family, friends and themselves!
The tenant mix ranges from mid-20s to mid-60s and includes a large array of industries, including but not limited to: law firms, insurance providers, software companies, finance, etc.
